Cem ÖZSOY

Cem ÖZSOY completed a bachelors degree at Gazi University Management School in 2001 and a Master degree on Accounting &Finance at Gazi University in 2005, then whilst completing a professional internship between the years 2003 to 2005, also served in Ernst & Young’s Ankara office outsourcing team until November 2004. Then he worked in Independent Accountants’ Ankara office as the office manager between 2004 and 2010.
Since September 2010, he has been working at ACCOUNTHINK, of which he was a founding partner.
The fields in which he has concentrated are tax compliance and consultancy, tax planning, global taxation and double taxation treaties. He also has experience in the preparation of management reports, re-organisation of Accounting and control systems, planning tax/vat refund processes and transfer pricing legislation. He has extensive experience consulting with international companies prior to their establishment in Turkey – guiding their trade and tax policy.
He is a member of the Ankara CPA Association and speaks Turkish (mother-tongue), English (advanced level) and German (beginner).
Ayşe ÜNLÜ

Ayşe ÜNLÜ completed a bachelors degree at Bilkent University, faculty of Economics in 2002 and a MBA degree at Hacettepe University in 2006, then whilst completing a professional internship between the years of 2004 to 2006, also served in NEXIA International’s Ankara office in the tax and audit departments until 2010. She completed IFRS classes at TOBB University, Delloitte Academy and Kingston University (GB).
Since September 2010, she has been working at ACCOUNTHINK, in which she was a founding partner.
The fields in which she has concentrated are IFRS, internal control, financial audit and budgeting. She also has experience in the preparation of management reports, SOX requirements, re-organisation of Accounting and control systems. She also has been involved in mergers and acquisitions and establishing foreign companies in Turkey.
She is a member of the Ankara CPA Association and speaks Turkish (mother-tongue), English (advanced level) and Italian (beginner).
